Welcome to the 2020 Concord Tax, Tax Season The 2020 Tax Season is officially upon us and what a year we have had so far! This year has seen us working in our office as we normally would to working from home for two months to hiring an additional FOUR staff members to join the Concord Tax Family in the lead up to our Infamous Tax Season!
Have you booked in for your appointment yet? For the next couple of months we be extending our trading hours to:
Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm
Saturday 8am to 5pm
This year we also have had to change the way we do things a little and as a result we have accommodated a more flexible way of doing your tax return. We now have 4 ways you can complete your tax this year.
1. In house appointments at 60 Thuringowa Dr, Kirwan. Taking into account the current COVID-19 Social-distancing restrictions, measures have been put in place in the office to accommodate our usual in-house appointments. 2. Tele-Tax Appointments. These are appointment can be completed in one of two ways for your convenience, either over video conferencing using Zoom or over the phone.
3.Email Appointments.
This is where you can email through all of your documents and the accountant will complete your return and email it back to you for signature. Did you know you can book online? Online booking is another service we are providing to make it easier for you to make an appointment with your accountant. While we will always have our phones mans during trading hours, we understand that sometimes people remember at odd hours of the day to make appointments, therefore having our online booking system means that you can literally make the appointment when you remember at midnight on a Sunday night when our phones are not being manned!
